11 Diani Beach was conceived by two Kenyan families and designed around their own desires for a beautiful and stylish yet relaxing and low maintenance family home on the Kenyan coast.

Critical to the families was a desire to create an environment for a community of people who relish relaxation, sport, family time, "me time" and socializing in a low density environment – enough homes to sensibly share the maintenance of a beach front home but not so many that the property is too full. Standalone Triplex Three Bed Villas

Our flagship unit is the standalone three bedroom triplex villas.  For those of you for whom your own footprint is essential, these homes offer everything you need in a 10 metre wide villa. A spacious ground floor living area, three bedrooms on the first floor including a lavish master suite taking up half the floor and stretching from front to back, together with an amazing roof terrace with panoramic views.  Two of these villas are directly on the beach front.

Four Plus Two Units – The Four Bedroom Duplex

If you have a large family and / or like inviting friends to stay at your beach house, the four bedroom family duplex unit is for you.  With over 450 square metres of living space, you have an enormous ground floor living area with inside and outside living space, a fully fitted kitchen and inside and outside stores. On the first floor you have four large bedrooms, all ensuite and with terraces, three of which have a direct sea view.

Four Plus Two Units – Two Bedroom Penthouse

For those of you who value both your own space and lots of space, as well as an eagle eye view of the world, the fabulous penthouse is for you!  Also 450 square metres but very differently configured, the second floor has two large ensuite bedrooms with their own terraces and a fantastic living dining and kitchen area, complemented by an enormous roof terrace with its own plunge pool.

Designed in a similar configuration to the penthouse but with an extra bedroom, you get two large ensuite bedrooms with their own terraces, a decent sized third bedroom and a generous living, dining and kitchen area spread across 250 square metres.

WHY DIANI

Diani is a holiday haven tucked in the Kenyan coast. It is the most popular and in-demand beach to the south of Mombasa, but it does not have an overwhelming number of visitors. So it’s normal to walk along the beach without jostling for space with other people. The region has a rich wildlife, countless things to do from wildlife tours to skydiving, and a relaxed atmosphere. Diani is also an excellent location to invest in because of the white sandy beaches and the limited homes and hotels.

A REWARDING ASSET

Kenya is a prime investment hub, especially for real estate. The Kenya Coast, together with the rest of the country has seen ongoing capital appreciation in the last fifteen years, as the region has become an increasingly popular holiday destination for both local and international tourists. Diani is especially appealing because of the white sandy beaches, the luxury resorts and the local “buzz” which sets it aside from other Kenyan beach destinations.
